Sons of Eden Freya Eden Valley Riesling 2025 (1x75cl)

Riesling does not automatically mean sweet, and this is the clearest example of why. Freya comes from Eden Valley, a cool, high-altitude pocket sitting right next to the Barossa, and Australian Riesling from there is made dry. "Freya" is the cuvée name on the label.

The altitude is what keeps the acidity high, so this is the kind of white you open on a warm Hong Kong evening, or put next to steamed fish, oysters and anything from a Thai or Vietnamese kitchen. Easy to bring along to a dinner too, since it works before the food arrives and keeps going through it.

Eden Valley Riesling usually shows lime and citrus with a taut line of acidity and a dry, clean finish.
