Welcome to Hong Kong Online Wine Shop. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Returns & Refunds

Please check your order on delivery. If you have any concern about your order, contact us within 3 days of receipt.

Damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for evidence, such as photos, to assess the problem. Once verified, we will replace or refund the damaged or defective item.

Non-refundable items. Except where an item arrives damaged or defective, wine over 10 years old and wine priced above HK$800 are not eligible for refund. Glassware is non-refundable once signed for on delivery. We do not guarantee that any bottle is at its peak: wine over 10 years old may be past its drinking window and cork condition varies, so please read the notes before buying.

Return shipping. If a return is approved, we will tell you how to send the item back. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the return is due to our error.

3. Product Representation & Imagery

We aim to provide the most accurate visual representation of our products; however, images are intended as a general reference only. Variations in packaging, vintage, or bottle size may occur. When browsing, please rely on the product title and written details for the exact volume and specifications of your purchase. Should there be a conflict between a product photo and the written description, the details provided in the text will always take precedence over the image.

4. Delivery

  • Free delivery is available for orders over HK$800 within Hong Kong, and delivery will occur within 2-5 business days.
  • Free delivery to Macau is available for any purchase of alcoholic beverages with an ABV under 30% over HK$2,500.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.

6. Payment

We accept various payment methods. All transactions are secure and processed in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hong Kong Online Wine Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to Terms
