1. Shipping Cost & Policy (運費及送貨政策)

  • Free Delivery: FREE delivery on all orders over HK$800.

    • 免運費優惠：凡單一訂單購物滿 HK$800，即享免費送貨服務。

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under HK$800, a flat shipping fee of HK$80 applies.

    • 基本運費：如訂單未滿 HK$800，將劃一收取 HK$80 運費。

2. Delivery Time & Coverage (送貨時間及範圍)

  • Delivery Speed: Orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days.

    • (Note: We usually process orders within 1-2 days, but we state 2-5 days to ensure we meet expectations during busy periods.)

    • 送貨速度：一般情況下，貨品會於 2-5 個工作天內送達。

    • (註：我們通常會於 1-2 日內出貨，預留較長時間是為了保障在繁忙時段仍能準時送達。)

  • Service Days: We deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays and Public Holidays.

    • 服務時間：我們一星期 7 日均提供送貨服務，包括星期日及公眾假期。

  • Coverage Areas: We cover all of Hong Kong, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Outlying Islands (via SF Express).

    • 送貨範圍：覆蓋全港九新界，包括東涌、愉景灣及離島地區（主要使用順豐速運 SF Express）。

  • Macau: Free delivery to Macau on orders over HK$2,500 of wine and other drinks under 30% ABV. Message us on WhatsApp for any other Macau order.

    • 澳門送貨：酒精濃度 30% 以下之酒類，單一訂單滿 HK$2,500 即免費送貨至澳門。其他澳門訂單請以 WhatsApp 查詢。

  • Walk-up Buildings: For buildings without a lift, a staircase surcharge will apply per floor. Please contact us for a quote if needed.

    • 樓梯費說明：如送貨地點沒有升降機（唐樓/村屋），快遞員將會收取額外樓梯費。

B. Electronic Payments (電子支付)

  • PayMe / FPS (轉數快): Instant and fee-free. Please send the payment proof to our WhatsApp after transfer.

  • Bank Transfer (銀行轉帳): Direct deposit to our company account.
