A Blanc de Blancs from the Pommery Apanage range, which means 100% Chardonnay. That usually gives a fresher, more citrus-driven Champagne with finer bubbles and less weight than blends with Pinot in them.

Tasting notes

Blanc de Blancs Champagne typically shows lemon, pear and white flowers over a chalky, dry finish, with fine persistent bubbles. Serve well chilled at around 7-9°C in a proper wine glass rather than a narrow flute.
