Olivier Lefliave Bourgogne Aligote 2023 (1x75cl)

Aligote is the other white grape of Burgundy, the one that lives in Chardonnay's shadow, and that is exactly why it is worth knowing - it usually costs less and drinks fresher. This 2023 is a young vintage, so it should be in its bright, early-drinking window.

Chill it well and pour it with steamed seafood, salad, cheese or just on a warm afternoon when you do not want anything heavy. Easy to keep a couple in the fridge. Free delivery over HK$800, flat HK$80 below that, usually 2-5 business days.

Tasting notes

Aligote typically shows green apple, lemon and a crisp, mineral-edged acidity, generally leaner and more direct than Chardonnay from the same region.
