Impérial is Moët & Chandon's non-vintage brut and the most widely sold champagne in the world. The blend draws on all three permitted grapes.

When to drink it. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C. Built to be easy — an aperitif, a toast, a party rather than a tasting.

Is it worth it? As a gift it is instantly understood, which is the point. If you want something less obvious at a similar price, look at Piper-Heidsieck or our featured champagne.
