A Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2017 vintage, so it has had a few years to settle. Napa Cab is usually riper and rounder than Bordeaux at the same price, which is why it goes down easily with people who say they don't drink much red wine.

Pairs with anything off the grill — steak, lamb chops, even char siu. Also an easy gift choice because most people in Hong Kong recognise the Napa name.
