La Spinetta Moscato d Asti Bricco Quaglia 2024 (1x75cl)

Moscato d'Asti is defined by three things: it is lightly sparkling, it is sweet, and it is low in alcohol compared with most wine. Made from the Moscato grape in Piedmont, with Bricco Quaglia being the vineyard name on the label.

Drink it young and drink it very cold. It is the bottle for dessert, for a plate of fruit, or for a hot afternoon when a full-strength wine is too much. Because it goes down easily and does not knock anyone out, it works well at a family table at Mid-Autumn.

Tasting notes

Moscato d'Asti usually shows peach, grape and orange blossom with a soft fizz and sweet finish. Typically served in a chilled glass with dessert, fruit tart, or on its own.
