La Croix de Beaucaillou, St. Julien 2018 (1x75cl)

Saint-Julien reds usually sit in the elegant middle ground of the Médoc, with cassis and cedar notes over a structured but not overly heavy frame. La Croix de Beaucaillou is the second wine of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou, made in a more accessible version of that same style.

A good introduction to the appellation, or a gift for someone who enjoys classic Bordeaux.
