Straw yellow color with very light golden reflections, very mineral characteristics on the nose, then it opens slowly and elegantly offering hints of hay, dry leaves, wildflowers, mature apple, bee wax... In the mouth, it is a succession of fruity and citrus hints with sensations fine herbs. Splendid balance between alcohol, freshness, and minerality, very long and impressive finish.
