GROVE MILL WINES - Sauvignon Blanc 2024 (1x75cl)

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from the 2024 vintage — the style New Zealand made its name on. Usually loud on aroma, sharp on acidity, and very easy to like without thinking too hard about it.

This is the bottle for a hot Hong Kong afternoon, steamed prawns, oysters, salad, or Thai food. Keep it properly cold in the fridge and it'll do most of the work for you.

Tasting notes

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc typically shows passionfruit, lime, cut grass and green capsicum, with bright, mouth-watering acidity and a dry finish. Serve well chilled, around 8-10C.
