ETSU Double Orange Handcrafted Gin (Hokkaido) (1x70cl)

A Japanese gin from Hokkaido. The label says Double Orange, so orange is the botanical pushed to the front rather than a heavy juniper hit. Japanese gin is usually cleaner and more delicate than a classic London Dry, which makes it easier to drink in Hong Kong weather.

Make it a gin and tonic with a wide orange peel, or keep it long as a highball with soda. It also sits well on a home bar shelf as a gift, since the bottle does not need explaining.
