Domaine Laporte Pouilly Fume Les Duchesses 2023 (1x75cl)

Pouilly-Fume is always Sauvignon Blanc, made on the upper Loire. The style is usually drier and more mineral than the tropical New World take on the grape, which is why it sits so well with food.

Steamed fish, oysters, goat cheese, a salad on a hot afternoon. Keep a bottle cold in the fridge and it covers most of your summer dinners.

Tasting notes

Pouilly-Fume typically shows grapefruit, green apple and a flinty, smoky edge, with fresh acidity and a dry finish. Serve at 8-10°C.
