Domaine Emmanuel Giboulot, Terres Burgondes Rouge 2022 (1x75cl)

A 100% Pinot Noir with a pale colour and light, racy aromas of red fruit and spices. Just a touch of floral on the finish. A refreshing, easy to drink red that is light on tannins. Really versatile and a great warmer-weather red.Grapes are hand-harvested and are gently pressed using a manual press, then cold-settled for 24 hours. No sulphites or yeasts added. The juice is fermented in traditional oak casks and aged for 18 months in only old oak barrels.This vineyard was planted in Pinot Noir by Paul Giboulot, Emmanuel's father over 50 years ago. High and wide, grass is being grown in between rows. It has been conducted in organic farming since 1970, and entirely in biodynamic since 1996.
