Domaine Clotilde Davenne Chablis 2020 (1x75cl)

Village Chablis from 2020, made from Chardonnay in the northern corner of Burgundy. With a few years in bottle it has softened a little from its first fresh edge while keeping that dry, mineral shape.

Easy to pair on a normal night: steamed fish, prawns, chicken, or cheese and crackers while you're still deciding what to cook.

Tasting notes

Chablis typically shows citrus, white flowers and a stony minerality with crisp acidity. With a few years of age it usually rounds out slightly. Serve well chilled.
