Dom Pérignon is made only in years the house judges strong enough to declare — there is no non-vintage version. Every bottle carries a year, and 2015 is one of them.

What that means. A vintage champagne is a snapshot of one growing season rather than a blend built to taste the same every year. It also spends far longer on its lees before release, which is where the texture comes from.

When to drink it. Serve at 10–12°C, not ice-cold — too much chill flattens a wine at this level. Give it a proper glass rather than a flute.
