Dom Perignon is only ever released as a vintage Champagne, so every bottle carries one year — here, 2012. That's the difference from a house non-vintage: it's a snapshot of a single harvest rather than a blend built to repeat.

Tasting notes

Vintage Champagne with some cellar time typically shows citrus and stone fruit turning towards brioche, toasted nuts and a faint smoky note, with fine bubbles and a long dry finish. Let it warm slightly in the glass.
