Chevalier de Lascombes is the second wine of Château Lascombes, a Second Growth of Margaux.

Why 2020. A hot year that kept its freshness — well-timed rain in August preserved the acidity that 2018 lacked. The wines are ripe but lifted, and on a second wine that means fruit you can drink now with structure that will hold for a few years.

What a second wine is. Same estate, same team, same vineyards, younger vines. A Margaux address at an everyday price.

When to drink it. Now, decanted thirty to sixty minutes, or hold three to five years. Roast meat, braises, steak.
