Chevalier de Lascombes is the second wine of Château Lascombes, a Second Growth of Margaux.

Why 2018. A hot, dry year that gave deeply coloured, ripe wines with more structure than usual. On a second wine that means more grip and a longer finish than the lighter vintages — closer in feel to a main label.

What a second wine is. Same estate, same team, same vineyards, younger vines. The house style at a fraction of the price.
