Chateau Troplong Mondot, St. Emilion 2018 comes from a Premier Grand Cru Classe estate in Saint-Emilion on limestone clay soils beside the hill of Mondot. The 2018 was hand-harvested, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel and aged 18 months in oak barriques, 77% new, then bottled unfiltered.
