Chateau Pape Clement 2003 (1x75cl)

Pape Clement sits in Pessac-Leognan, the part of Bordeaux closest to the city, where the reds usually carry a smoky, mineral edge that sets them apart from the wines further north. The 2003 came from a summer that was unusually hot across Bordeaux, and wines from that year generally show riper, rounder fruit than a typical vintage.
