Okay, so you pop this open, right? First sniff, you get these lovely dark fruits – think blackcurrant and a bit of plum. Maybe a hint of cedar, like a fancy pencil box, but in a good way! Then you take a sip, and it’s just smooth sailing. Not too heavy, not too light.

It’s got a nice freshness to it, with those dark fruit flavours coming through again, plus a little bit of spice. The tannins are super friendly, not drying at all. It just leaves you wanting another sip. Seriously good with a juicy steak or even just some good cheese. You'll love it!
