Château Lascombes is a Second Growth of Margaux, classified in 1855.

Why 2019. A hot year that nonetheless kept its acidity — the combination critics look for. 2019 Bordeaux is ripe and generous but not heavy, and it has the balance to age. It is widely rated as one of the best vintages of the decade.

When to drink it. It is young. Decant ninety minutes if you are opening it now, or leave it five to fifteen years. Red meat, lamb, aged cheese.
