Chateau Croizet Bages 2010, Pauillac (1x75cl)

Croizet-Bages is based in Pauillac, an appellation generally associated with firmly structured, Cabernet Sauvignon-led reds built to age. With more than ten years in bottle, this wine should be entering a more settled, developed stage.

Worth considering for a special dinner, or as a gift for someone who collects mature Bordeaux.

Tasting notes

Typically blackcurrant and cedar in youth, softening with age towards leather, tobacco and dried-fruit notes, with firm but resolving tannins.
