Chateau Beychevelle 1990 (1x75cl)

Beychevelle is the Saint-Julien estate Hong Kong knows as 龍船, after the ship on the label, and that label is half the reason it shows up at Chinese banquets. This one has thirty-five years behind it, so bottles vary in fill, label and how the wine has aged.

Stand it upright for a day before opening and decant slowly off the sediment. A birth-year bottle or a long-planned dinner is the right occasion. Free delivery in Hong Kong over HK$800, flat HK$80 under that, usually 2-5 business days.
