This is Louis Roederer's Collection range, and the 245 on the label identifies which release it is — it isn't a vintage year. Practically, that means you're buying a house style rather than a single harvest, so it drinks the same way each time you pick it up.

Pour it before dinner, bring it to a friend's place, or use it as a gift bottle over Mid-Autumn or year-end when you want Champagne that isn't the same name everyone else brings. Serve at 8-10°C. Free delivery in Hong Kong over HK$800, flat HK$80 below that, no minimum order.

Tasting notes

Brut Champagne from a multi-year house blend usually shows citrus and white orchard fruit with a light pastry or biscuit note from lees ageing, fine bubbles and a dry finish. Good with seafood, tempura or anything fried and salty.
