AnCnoc Peated Sherry Cask Single Malt (1x70cl)

anCnoc is made at Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. This bottling blends peated and unpeated spirit, matures it in American oak ex-bourbon casks and finishes it in ex-sherry butts from Jerez, so you get smoke and sherry sweetness in the same glass.

Colour: amber.

Nose: wood smoke with toffee apples and creamy vanilla.

Palate: gentle campfire smoke, sweet honey and cinnamon.
