anCnoc is made at Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The 16 Year Old spends all sixteen years in ex-bourbon casks.

Colour: deep gold with amber edges.

Nose: toffee apples, orange citrus and sweet honey.

Palate: fresh apple, then spiced vanilla with butterscotch that lingers.
