Xiao Pu 小圃釀造 Perdue Pinot Noir P2 2021 (1x75cl)

Chinese wine from Ningxia is where a lot of the interesting new bottles are coming from, and Pinot Noir there is still relatively rare. Bring this to a dinner and it starts a conversation before anyone has tasted it.

Serve it slightly cool, like most Pinot Noir. Good with roast chicken, mushroom dishes, or Cantonese roast meats.

Tasting notes

Pinot Noir generally shows red cherry and berry fruit with light tannins and a gentle earthy edge — usually lighter in body than Cabernet or Syrah.
