Ca' del Bosco Cuvee Prestige in a 150cl magnum, from Lombardy in northern Italy. Extra Brut is a drier dosage level than Brut, meaning less sugar added at the end — worth knowing if you find most sparkling wine a touch sweet. The magnum is two normal bottles in one.
