The Kurayoshi Matsui Whisky Umeshu (1x70cl)

Umeshu is Japanese plum liqueur, and this one from Matsui Shuzo in Tottori is built on a whisky base rather than the usual neutral spirit. That's the whole appeal: plum sweetness with a bit of whisky character underneath it.
