Pinot Noir from the Mornington Peninsula, a cool coastal pocket south of Melbourne that has become one of Australia's go-to spots for the grape. Lighter in body, which makes it an easy red for Hong Kong weather.

Try it slightly chilled with roast duck, salmon, or a bowl of noodles with braised beef. Serve around 15C.
