Serafin Pere et Fils, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Cazetiers 2019 (1x75cl)

Notably lighter in colour than Fonteny, with a grace and elegance despite the 100% new oak and forthright style. The oak comes through on the vanilla front more than through its tannins. Just a little bit meaty too, with good acidity behind. Attractive but has not quite filled its boots, though the length is there.
