Senejac 2020 (1x75cl)

Château Sénéjac 2020 is a Haut-Médoc red from the Bignon-Cordier family at Le Pian-Médoc. The official estate 2020 technical sheet gives a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot, at 13.50% alcohol, from about 39 ha of deep gravel with vines averaging 35 years (yield about 33 hl/ha). Harvest ran from 14 to 28 September 2020 (manual and mechanical, successive sorting); vinification in stainless-steel tanks; ageing 15 months in barrels (30% new); bottled 12–15 April 2022.

The sheet frames a classic Haut-Médoc profile from deep gravel terroir under the Cordier family’s stewardship — structured Cabernet with Merlot flesh and a measured oak frame.
