Seedlip Garden 108 (1x70cl)

First thing to say plainly: there is no alcohol in this bottle. Seedlip Garden 108 is a distilled non-alcoholic spirit, so it is not a gin and not a low-ABV drink either. It sits on the shelf like a spirit and gets used like one.

Garden 108 is the herbal, pea-and-garden-herb side of the Seedlip range. Pour it over ice, top with tonic, add a garnish, and it behaves like a proper drink rather than a soft drink. Useful to have around when someone is driving home, when a guest is pregnant, or when a friend is simply taking the night off and still wants a glass in hand at the dinner table.

Tasting notes

Typically green and herbal in character, with a fresh garden note and a dry, clean finish. Best mixed rather than sipped neat.
