Tasting notes

The winemaker describes an opaque, saturated ruby colour with cassis, fennel, cola, clove-nutmeg spice, wet crushed stone and black tea. The palate has ripe cassis, blackberry and mountain bramble, lively acidity, polished velvety tannins and a long finish of limestone mineral and forest floor.
