MICHELE CHIARLO Gavi DOCG ""Le Marne"" 2022 (1x75cl)

Gavi is a white DOCG from Piedmont made entirely from the Cortese grape, and Michele Chiarlo is one of the region's larger, reliable producers. Le Marne refers to the marl-rich soils typical of the area.

A good match for seafood, or just a light, easy white to open on a warm evening.

Tasting notes

Gavi typically shows citrus and green apple with a light, almost saline mineral edge, and a crisp, dry finish.
