Lucien Le Moine Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2021 is a red Burgundy from Gevrey-Chambertin, made from Pinot Noir. Charmes-Chambertin is a Grand Cru appellation of the Cote de Nuits, created in 1937, and Lucien Le Moine says its own approach is a simple, personal elevage that expresses the typicity of the great Cote d'Or terroirs.

Tasting notes

For the appellation, the Burgundy wine board describes colour from deep ruby to black cherry, aromas of strawberry, blackcurrant and gooseberry with liquorice and spice, and a full, complex palate with power, opulence and elegance. It gives a keeping potential of 10 years minimum.
