Louis Latour Aloxe Corton Domaine Latour 2021 (1x75cl)

Louis Latour Aloxe-Corton 2021 is a Pinot Noir from the village that the house says has been home to the Latour family and the heart of Domaine Louis Latour for centuries. Aloxe-Corton sits in the north of the Cote de Beaune, at the foot of the hill of Corton. The vines average 30 years on limestone, alluvial sand and gravel, are hand-picked, fermented in open vats and aged 10 to 12 months in French oak from the Louis Latour cooperage, 15% new.

Tasting notes

The house describes a superb ruby colour, deep cherry, spice and liquorice aromas, and a round, balanced palate with elegant oak on the finish. Cellaring potential 6 to 8 years; serve at 14 to 15C.
