Les Griffons de Pichon Baron 2013 (1x75cl)

Les Griffons is the second wine of Château Pichon-Longueville Baron, a Second Growth in Pauillac. 2013 was a cooler, more difficult Bordeaux vintage, so this is one for drinking now.

A way to try Pichon Baron's style at a friendlier price than the grand vin.

Tasting notes

Pauillac reds are usually Cabernet Sauvignon-led with cassis and graphite. A second wine from a cooler vintage like 2013 tends to be lighter-bodied and ready to drink sooner.
