La Magia Brunello di Montalcino 2006 (1x75cl)

Brunello di Montalcino is made entirely from a Sangiovese clone in southern Tuscany, and requires years of ageing before release under the appellation rules. The 2006 vintage has now had close to two decades in bottle.

A good choice for a proper Italian dinner, or as a gift for someone who takes their reds seriously.

Tasting notes

Mature Brunello typically shows dried cherry, leather and earthy notes, with firm but resolving tannins and a long, savoury finish.
