GRAND, Cotes du Jura Rouge Pinot Noir 2018 (1x75cl)

A Pinot Noir from the Cotes du Jura, a small cool region tucked between Burgundy and the Swiss border. Jura reds are usually lighter and more transparent than most, with fresh acidity and an earthy, slightly wild edge that sets them apart from Burgundy next door.

Good for anyone bored of the usual suspects, and a nice one to bring when you want to introduce something people have not tried. Serve it cool, 14-15°C, and it works with roast chicken, mushrooms, charcuterie or even a cheese-heavy meal. Free delivery in Hong Kong over HK$800, flat HK$80 below that, no minimum order.

Tasting notes

Jura Pinot Noir typically shows tart red cherry, cranberry, dried herbs and a savoury earthiness, with light tannins and high acidity. Best served slightly chilled.
