Giffard Wild Elderflower (Fleur de Sureau Sauvage) (1x70cl)

A French elderflower liqueur from Giffard. Treat it as a bar ingredient rather than something to pour neat by the glass: a small measure is enough to change a drink.

Top it with sparkling wine and soda for a spritz, add it to a gin and tonic to soften the juniper, or stir a little into a gin sour. If someone at home is building a bar shelf, this is one of the bottles that earns its space.

Tasting notes

Elderflower reads as a soft floral note with a hint of pear and lychee, sweet but not heavy. In a drink it lifts citrus and rounds off sharper spirits without taking over.
