Domaine de l'Enclos Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey 2023 is Chardonnay from Chablis, in the north of Burgundy. Premier Cru and the site name Vau de Vey are both part of the appellation printed on the label. Chablis is made unoaked or only lightly oaked, which is why it tastes so different from Chardonnay grown further south.

Chablis is known for its Kimmeridgian limestone soils, and the region's cool, mineral style is exactly why it works so well with Hong Kong seafood - steamed fish, oysters, prawns, a plate of sashimi. Free delivery in Hong Kong over HK$800, flat HK$80 below that.

Tasting notes
