Domaine De Baron' Arques 2012 (1x75cl)

A red blend from Limoux, a cooler corner of the Languedoc tucked up against the foothills in the south of France. The 2012 has had plenty of time in bottle already, so it is ready for a table rather than a waiting list.

A good pick when you want something French and a bit less obvious than Bordeaux. Pairs well with roast meats, mushrooms or a cheese board.
