Domaine Daniel Dampt et Fils Chablis 2023 (1x75cl)

Village-level Chablis from the 2023 vintage, Chardonnay usually made without oak from northern Burgundy. This is the kind of white you keep in the fridge as your default bottle rather than save for an occasion.

Works with steamed fish, oysters, sashimi, or a takeaway seafood dinner on a hot Hong Kong evening. Chill it well, open it, done.

Tasting notes

Chablis typically shows green apple, lemon and a chalky, mineral streak with high acidity and little obvious oak. Usually best cold, around 8-10°C.
