Chateau Moulin Riche, St. Julien 2007 (1x75cl)

Saint-Julien tends to be the middle ground of the Bordeaux left bank - not as firm as Pauillac, not as perfumed as Margaux, and generally easy to enjoy without much fuss. This 2007 has had close to twenty years in bottle, so it should be showing more of its mature side than its young fruit.
