Chateau Monbousquet Blanc 2015 (1x75cl)

A Bordeaux Blanc from 2015. The estate itself sits in Saint-Emilion, but the white is bottled under the wider Bordeaux appellation. With around a decade in bottle, whites like this usually feel rounder and less zippy than they did young, with a bit more depth in the middle.

Bring it out for a steamed fish dinner, a plate of prawns, or as the opener before the reds at a family gathering. Chill it, but not straight from the coldest part of the fridge, around 10-12°C keeps the texture intact. Free delivery in Hong Kong over HK$800, flat HK$80 below that, no minimum order.
