Chateau Le Gay, Pomerol 2012 (1x75cl)

Pomerol sits on clay-rich soils that generally favour Merlot, and wines from here are usually plusher and rounder than the Cabernet-led wines of the left bank. With age, Le Gay should be showing a softer, more developed character.

A good gift for someone who prefers the richer, velvety side of Bordeaux.
