Chateau Langoa Barton, St Julien 2013 (1x75cl)

Saint-Julien sits between Margaux and Pauillac in style, and Cabernet-based reds from here are usually firm but well-balanced; 2013 was a cooler, lighter vintage, so this is more of a drink-now bottle. Langoa Barton is a long-standing name in the commune.

Good with a proper meat-based dinner, and a safe gift for someone who already drinks Bordeaux regularly.
